I love this video because I have a hard time protracting during pull down. My upper torso is rotated due to my rotated pelvis. Any tips on not rowing or pulling in a rotated position? I try to strengthen but I end up tightening my entire upper torso and get extreme thoracic pain due to twisting subconsciously
Please do a video for a depressed shoulder I think it's due from weak upper traps and strong mid traps if I'm to guess I am doing the overhead shrugs I would like another exercise that would help if you know of one
How do you retract the scapula for box assisted pull ups? Do I just treat it like a pulldown the whole time or is the movement different since it's a pull up?
