Nowhere on this was a price. Its beautiful. My Grandparents had a beautiful piece of property in Manton with a creek full of trout. They cleared all the underbrush and hardened it against fire. Wish we could have kept it.

Spent a week doing a survey of the property immediately north on the other side of Battle Creek -- just last month. Enjoyed the country, but didn't much care for the extra thick brush!
