    I’ve just tried this today for dinner, but I used blue marlin. It was amazing! I never thought coconut milk would be good together with the pressed orange. I used sweetened coconut delicatessen cos I don’t have the unsweetened. But it still tastes gooooood! Thank you.

    I don't understand why he was pre-heating the oven in the first place. Did he do something in the oven. Am I missing something?
