i'm with you Lou! I have a bit more stand-out items in my closet, but I realize i never wear them out because I hate it when people stare at me or take notice! I am just much more comfortable being under the radar.

This week, I managed to see the Sardine bag in person in a BV boutique. The metallic handle had soooo many scratches!!! For me, it's a big NO, without any regret. I also was in the new Dior boutique. If money was not limited, I would buy the whole Dioriviera collection Toile de Jouy in grey and pink. I was waiting for this color combination. The RTW is really beautiful, especially the dresses and skirts. The wicker bag is a dream. Some homeware pieces have caught my attention too. Lou, you're right: 2023 is a Dior year!! A special mention for the LV wicker Capucines: it's elegant, classic but not boring, expensive but not as expensive as the Hermès one. I love the combination of tan leather and wicker.

Hi Lou! I think Celine triumph is really beautiful, but you already have a couple of similar ones. I’d not buy another classic flap, even in yellow bc it locks you on having other bags, bc you don’t sell them. What I’m trying to say is if you continue adding classic flaps to your colection, one day, it would be 20 of them and nothing else. Give the space for you to have fun and enjoy other types of hand bags. I’d add a rafia bag, for sure. Completely different from your actual collection and it suits you very well. You’re always dressed like chic european summer… perfect for a gorgeous rafia bag ❤
I would go with the yellow Celine. You already have the other ones and this one's beautiful, classic and unique.

The blue crystal Dior bag is the most striking of the three colors and I'm not even a blue person, except for denim and blu & wht striped tops and dresses.
The yellow Celine is the perfect yellow if u don't want to wait for a Yellow Kelly or Chanel classic flap bag.
And lastly, once more, I'm not really a rattan bag gal either, but I'd make an exception for the LV Capucines bag 🤎

Next time you come to London, you need to go to Bicester village. You will probably be able to find the some crystal bags from Valentino there. There are also Dior, Gucci, Botega, Loro piana stores in Bicester, it can be hit or a miss but you can find some gems here and there. The Celine yellow is the best yellow in my opinion, even compared to Hermes jaune poussin. The grey and blue lady diors are amazing but do you think the c
crystals might damage your clothes? 🤔

I actually don't care if people stare at me. I had blue hair, and I only was met with smiles and compliments. I have really bold and colorful items in my closet, and I never noticed weird stares. It's all in the head, not the people around you. If you walk confidently, no one will look at you in a bad way. You have the courage to take videos and photos in public, you have confident to walk around with really expensive bags and use them. So there shouldn't be an issue with bold clothes. You already have the confident in your heart, so wear the dress, take the bag and enjoy life. People will smile at you ❤ And if not... Who cares? If they care so much about how other people look, it's their problem, don't let it affect your life
One thought from me. One very sparkly bag is probably enough, so pick the color carefully.

i like the delvaux lingo but lookin at the construction the strap goes into the bag through a leather and i would worry if it would curve the sides of the bag upwards kinda like the chanel WOC...
I tried on the yellow Céline in store, it’s such the perfect yellow with the gold hardware. I just know that bag will show scratches in no time. 😢 But I really really love it.

All the bags are stunning but they may not suit your lifestyle except for LV wicker bag in a small size maybe
I just got back from vacation in France, and saw several of the bags you mention. I came VERY close to buying the mini Lady Dior in blue crystals - it was stunning, but something held me back. It was gorgeous, but the SA also brought out another mini LD in a more subtle beaded champagne color in the classic canage pattern, and I loved both. So I ended up leaving without either.
I had it in my mind to look for the wicker Capucines, although I knew it was a very limited addition, I wanted to try my luck. I have heard that France only got 5 for the entire country, maybe they got more, but I am sure it was a very small number. And to my very happy surprise, I found one! It was on hold for a V.I.P. client, who never came to claim it, so the boutique was able to release it to sell to me!
It is my first ever Capucines (like you, Chanel is my first love, so they usually get most of my bag budget). The wicker (a.k.a. picnic) Capucines is in the BB size, so I think it would be a little big on your petite frame. I am 5’4” and wear a U.S. small in most clothing, and it is a little big on my frame, but I am going to make it work :D
The bag itself is even more beautiful in person. Wearable art. It is just stunning. A bit heavy and very structured. But I am thrilled to have been able to find and buy it.

I love luxury don’t own any yet. But my opinion on those beautiful handbags are if you can get them then do so! People are nosey regardless of fashion, so if you love something wear it. I think you would rock all those btw!

lou! that pink chanel bag was gorgeous arrrg what colour was it do you know???, and yeah ive been meaning to get a triumph too, i ended up buying the APC grace in the almond green i've been looking for this exact colour, i know that celine has it but if its a celine i would just get the caramel one ive been using the apc grace bag for a week now... its really well made and a fraction of the price

I own a mini lady dior in the blush lambkin.. The lady Dior bag is my favourite designer bag I prefer it over Chanel any day the quality and the style is so beautiful and yes it comes in some many varieties they even do real exclusive croc leather in the lady Dior and there’s even a lady dior art that they do where they design very unique handbags and i don’t see Chanel doing any of that! and its half the price of a Chanel classic flap! So to me the pros out weigh Chanel. So I’m definitely there with you if I could I’d buy every single lady dior the Pearl lady dior and the crystal one is wow it’s absolutely gorgeous😭🤍
