    i love this dude's positivity and energy. and this is a killer workout for the forearm. every time i do it, my forearms get all fired up. its an awesome routine. i'm using a 25 lbs kettlbell, so my reps are kept to between 20-25 only. that fatigue really gets to you by the 18th-19th following this routine.

    I've been following your dumbbell schedule on your website and replacing 1-2 sets with the kettlebell workouts because I love my kettlebell and I've been seeing more results than I ever have. I see more muscle gain with your intense workouts than I did 8 years ago being in the gym for 2 hours. If anyone doubts these workouts, don't. That being said, don't be dumb either and actually listen to him because he makes it clear one 5 minute set isn't a full workout but can be a finisher but if you do multiple sets, it can be a full workout. That's what I do and it's been incredible

      I can attest... my folks wouldn't let me use weights as a teen, they bought the scare stories. My contemporaries who did got big, in a good way. I was a scrawny, empty adult, no muscle, and I have caught up some, but don't fall for it: use your growth years to grow muscle. It's natural. What do you think the warriors of the past did? Do you think the teens just rested as a preparation for battle? They trained. Their lives depended on it. Search for "teen strength training."

    Nice. I've seen progress with my 20 and 35lb kettlebells, but had nothing going on with my forearms. I had to sub out a 10lb dumbbell for the single wrist motions, but went with the 20lb for the rest. Ahhh. That's gonna work! Thanks.

    Hi so I wanted to ask, if you are genetically thin, so basically a hard hard gainer and you eat a ton and also train a lot but your weight doesn't change, does that mean you just can't increase in mass?
    I'm stuck with my weight.

    • @joshuaduran8196
      @joshuaduran8196 6 років тому

      Somown how many calories are you eating? Also what's your height weight and body fat %?

    • @AnabolicAliens
      @AnabolicAliens  6 років тому +1

      It is definitely harder for some people to gain weight based on their genetics, but it is never impossible! You can always add more size if you eat and workout in the right way! If you haven't checked out my gain muscle playlist or my bulking playlist you should check them out here to see all types of workouts and tip videos that can help you reach your goals!
      gain muscle:

    • @AnabolicAliens
      @AnabolicAliens  6 років тому +3

      Awesome Joshua give it a try! Don't be discouraged if results take longer, for me personally I don't evaluate results until at least four weeks, so stick with it! Also you shouldn't be doing this everyday because muscle groups need 24 hours to recover between workouts. Check out my video on my intense workouts frequency for all the info on proper programming of the workouts! ua-cam.com/video/JHPnTt0eU_k/v-deo.html

    • @AnabolicAliens
      @AnabolicAliens  6 років тому

      There are thousands of different ways to pair up the muscle groups, and honestly there aren't any muscle groups that shouldn't be hit together. it is really about total weekly frequency and rest time. I have a video on frequency of my intense workouts that you can check out here: ua-cam.com/video/JHPnTt0eU_k/v-deo.html
      And also I do custom workout plans on my website so you can check that out too if you want a more personalized workout: www.anabolicaliens.com/personal-training/
