The key is for Wendy not to show anger and issue defensive threats without talking the details through calmly. She can easily say it's not true if she likes.. Wendy was new to the group and she saw Monique fight Candiace over a childish back and forth. She didn't know about rumors about Monique's family, so from her viewpoint, Monique had no real reason to do Candiace like that. Plus, Candiace never bad mouthed Monique's family, Gizelle did. Now, this season, Gizelle is being messy about Wendy's husband and she doesn't play that, so she's NOW seeing what Monique went through last year and understands how Gizelle truly is.
