I enjoyed this "Gideon the Good" episode more than i can remember enjoying any other episode of Bonanza. Moral challenges of the sudden type seem to be the hardest to deal with as far as clear heads go... no time to plan or set ourselves straight on the right resolution path. desperation often turns ppl onto paths they thought they'd never willingly travel. but facing up to our errors is the only way to set ourselves straight. Great episode. ty for posting. The Love Child was very good, also... but sad. perfect part for Will Geer.
The middle episode, "The Trouble with Trouble" was really good...and hard to watch. Joe was faced with real -- and frustrating -- challenges that required quick thinking and a cool head...and guts. Very unusual plot line, well written..
😂in my youth this was a regular in most of our houses, here in the south, 205 area,it and Gunsmoke were a item, I just found out at the age of 72, that buck, the horse that Ben Cartwright rode, was the same horse that mat Dillon shared, at the same time, their studio was located in the same area!!😂😂
The Love Child
Another great "LITTLE HOUSE ON THE PONDEROSA "!

Each one of the actors portraiting the Cartwrights, were paid $10,000 per show, which was a decent sum at that time😮😮😮
