The skill variation in mm is just really massive. I am also a GE myself and sometimes I play against literal bots of the same or similar rank(SMFCs) and just walk all over them, other times i feel like I am playing againts a full on 5-man faceit 10 roster and the match would suddenly be really challenging even though some of them might have a rank as low as a DMG. But most of the time mm matches would be a lot easier than faceit because in faceit, everyone's aim is as sharp as a pro player's.
Because mm has been bad for 10 years. My friend is 3k elo faceit mg2. Mm rank is literally trash and there’s only bots until faceit players decide to play mm
@@rallyycar6750 before the ranking update last year i was stuck in GN1 while being faceit lvl 10. Once rank update finished i was sup.

Markoff doesnt seem to have any faceit accounts linked to his steam and neither are his stats public.
player by the name of Xpn: account created in 2005 is level 7 with 2100 matches and 1699 elo total play hours 5198 hours. About the other 2 player i could find much over 41k people where using the KW and about the star player i dont really know how he implemented a name like that.

I've been watching a lot of pro play recently trying to see how to improve, but when I saw 3:20 I knew that ropz was just built differently. The way he just casually tracks the guy through walls through sound... I can get close with sound but he practically prefired a moving target with only sound.
Sad fact: Even one of the top pros can't carry in MM and since MM uses a team based ranking system and a loss always is negative towards your glicko2.0 points he actually lost points on that game. I hope with CS2 it gets skillbased and has no rank decay because s1mple for example is only DMG rn (because he obviously barely plays MM).
but cs is team based, you play with your team not alone, its not cod or some shit like this

@@fromaguez Most people are probably in a sotuation like me: Play woth the same people most of the time. My friends are gn skilled and I'm global. We play for years together and I deranked a bit and they ranked up a lot. We usually are between DMG and LEM and there it gets very hard to carry and we lose 55% of our games. I'm the ingame leader, awper, entry fragger and support, so I do all the work. Beside that I alsp average 100adr, 1.4 kd, a very high entry frag rate etc. - my friends average 0.6-0.8 kd etc. And yet we are the same rank and all.
Of course CS is team based. But you only get so much out of a one dimensional system.
@@okes5820 There are many factors to measure the skill of people. You only think about stats like kd. But there are many variables like entry frag success. Valve has to come up with a system better than esea where people tend to bait.

there's currently no overwatch and the situation with hackers in mm is actually back to 2016/2017 levels. even people who go blatant don't seem to get banned.

I'm playing csgo since 2014 and it was normal back then to rank yourself up if you get better in the game. In today's mm that's close to impossible to go up day by day until you're a pro like Ropz who has 6k elo on faceit and still loses to global elites. I have 6k hours in this game and 2500 elo btw

That wasnt out of respect, but checking for anything dodgy because like Ropz said, they knew pretty much where he was all the time. So they where either indeed streamsniping, or having luck with timing's or in the worst case what wouldnt suprise me is they where cheating.

It's personal preference, some do, some don't. But one explanation is that in CS you can't zoom in with most weapons, so long range targets can be only a few pixels big.

@@m.n.s.s2825 you are so right. i was lucky to be in the match, and didnt deserve the win because i played like a sack of potatoes at 1AM, but man, they were all good! was fun, and the 2nd time i encountered a pro of all time. Someone on my team said that we played against pro, so everyone just tries to do better, i guess. dont overthink, good awareness and teamplay is key.
Stable MM...... 2 players in each team as doing the job, others are bottom trashes from each rank pool, the mm system s*cks hard. It would be a lot better system if it shuffles just random players of each rank no metter their KD. and throw premade lobby players vs high KD players, this will be fair system. Not the garbage valve have rn same in cs or in dota. to keep you on same place just to continue playing.
