Great video. but do you deprogramm the patient before this with MIK deprogrammer? I use a custom made 2mm thickness acrylic plate with anterior bite plane to deprogram and then take a bite with alu wax. but want to switch to CAD CAM splint as it reduces the number of visits and the splint is much more finished. thanks

Sir, we take the impression and record bite and send it to the lab. With blue and red articulating paper we record centric and dynamic bite. Also protrusive movement. The marks on the splint caused by those movements should be trimmed? Or shld we add material to those areas.

Do we need to use facebow to record maxillary cast?
Not really .. as the CR bite is recorded at the final VD... A facebow record is not needed
What if i dont like my current bite and suspect that a high filling, that sarted the problem, is still there but difficult to fix because the teeth are no longer touching. Should the doctor design the slint based on the current bite regardless?

What in case the patient has only several teeth in mouth without anterior teeth, how do we use leaf guage, sir?
Leaf gauge needs anteriors to be present... Fortunately there are rarely people who move around with missing anteriors...
