Good start would be a Ryzen 7 1700 or better, at least 16-32GB RAM, and at least a GTX1650 Super GPU.... I'm in the process of doing this to my Ryzen 1700... was originally 8GB with a GT1030. Adding an M.2 SSD for better speed.
