Now I am giving formula milk as well upon my breast milk. Kindly advice whether giving formula milk is good or I can take tablet for increasing breast milk.
Hey Nandini, even I am a new mom and having same prob, better you work on increasing breast milk by taking ayurvedic suppliments for some time and along with that give formula milk to. Just keep monitoring breat milk production. Once you feel that it's sufficient you stop formula.
