You’ve inspired me to want a golf hole in my garden. Now I’m trying to convince the wife to sell our current house move up north in the uk as it’s half the price to live there. Get a house with 5-7 acres and build a par 3 hole but with multiple tees to it
@@LawnTips tbh I think she’s okay with it, solely if the land also comes with a woodlands so she can walk our Great Dane free in it. Convincing I want a USGA spec green and spend would be the harder bit 😂🤷🏻♂️
Any future plans to make any bunkers? But potentially swap the sand in them to top dress so you have a place to always dump new loads? Just and idea with a touch of convenience
Pressure is not the issue with hose end timers it’s the fact they restrict the volume flow of the water. How much has the tiftuf spread from the original sod on it’s own this season
Nice to see you again in 2025. I am setting up my irrigation system now using a Hunter Acc2 and 32mm blue line to all the station valve boxes. I have 7000 meters of wire to lay to control all the stations, my back is killing me. I watch your vids to give ma a bit of inspiration when it all feels like too much. I bought a 1.9 tonne Chinese Excavator to do all the trenches and so far it has been good. Fingers Crossed!
I had a couple of these and I took them back off straight away as they dropped my water pressure so badly my sprinklers stopped covering my lawn sufficiently. Not sure what product I could use.
I have been using Hunter Irrigation products for years and had very few problems. A Hunter Node (1 inch valve) rigged up to your tap would take care of any flow restrictions at the timer.
Yo mate what up welcome to another lawn tip vid.. dam that did get abit away on ya should have had the robot mower it for you but even that would have been working over time by the looks of it 🤣 will be awesome for the wedding when the stripes are mowed in🤙🤙
Always great to watch aussie lawn vids in Europe during winter
It’s cold and gross in my region now. Seeing an Aussie enjoying lush lawn growth makes me hopeful for springtime in the US.
Great vid Ben, that grass went wild. Glad you got away for a holiday!
Refreshing my feed to see the first drop of 2025. Wouldn't be a Saturday morning without lawn tips.
Cheers bro!

Love the videos and im glad you convinced me to use pgr!
I love the tall natural look!
The lawn is looking really good Ben, very impressive.
Coming along very nice! Keen for some stripes on it
I think Lawn tips is due for a wedding episode 🎉❤
You should spray the dirt green for the wedding, or dump the grass clippings the day before, keep it looking schmick
Looking sweet and green over there. Your left arm must be way stronger right to hold up that wrist watch. 😂

@@martinanderson6619 well it’s either a yes or you’d find me buried on the new land 😂
Looks really good for just three weeks!
What up mate?! Great progress. Should be good for the wedding.
He’s back. Let 2025 begin. Love it.

Nice Ben Simms
👌👌👌
Does anyone look after you green while you are gone? Seems to long to go without mowing.

@ I’ve never done the wired up valves so I’m a tad unsure on how to do it easily. I’ll do some research 👍🏼
What kind of boots are you wearing mate?
Getting this video dubbed in 4 different languages was nice lul

Long grass and snakes? I'd have thought that'd be a thing around Dubbo.
Had a few snakes this year. But they wouldn’t be in here because of all the water
you need to let it grow out more often. long grass is so sexy
