- One thing is guaranteed when farming up for a raid in Rust. In order to make explosives, you need sulfur. Usually, my first thought to obtain as much sulfur as possible is to buy a Jackhammer from outpost and fly to the snow to farm nodes. But Disfigure and I just discovered how a recently buffed monument, The Excavator, can not only bring in high volumes of rare resources, but also pvp and airdrop loot. It was the key to our fast progression during this two day wipe.

I think the last base was really well designed. I know Blooprint said it was dumb when fighting but I think this was frustration. You don't want your base to be predictable was you want to make it as expensive and confusing to raid as possible which was proved here. The electric doors trapping disfigure was a great design!

That had to be one of the best things for a online raid that I've never thought of, I wonder if you could set up some tesla coils between each doorway throughout the base so anyone trapped gets fried, I'm trying now

surprised i didnt hear a ggs for that last raid, was a good hold on the attack and the defence was something to be admired. solid base to use for a wipe, get it built up and taunt someone to raid you for the content, looks like fun.

GGs were said to eachother just not included in the video. I talked to the defenders after and commended them for their base design. I asked which one it was and he said that he made it himself without any tutorials. Disfigure and I had no idea we were going against the biggest brain Rust builder on the server lmfao
disfigure is an absolute demon, so many times he's alone and he stays so calm and rolls everyone.
You somehow make these stories flawlessly you have good storytelling and a good voice that suits it this video was amazing

Like no one makes that stuff anymore so it felt like a scripted Frost Video.
I don't recall who (maybe Tesla? or SebbyK?) but I saw one video that a base had all the doors hooked to switches and the raiders got to core and got the TC, then changed the electricity to open all the locked doors and got free access to the rest of the base without anymore boom.
@@NPzed maybe you could set it so that there's an AND gate and one of the switches is hidden idk
@@NPzed as far as i know thats where externals come into place, cant play with electrity unless you have tc priv

New rust watcher here. I wanted to inform the rust content creators the thing I enjoy watching the most is when you guys raid/roam and take other players loot and run back to deposit into your base. It’s all great content but the #1 thing is the gratification of taking someone else’s loot and depositing it in your boxes. I notice most content creators skip that part because they think it’s boring? Well it’s totally not. The suspense of running/flying back after a raid and possibly getting killed is most enjoyable :). Aaand ALWAYS show you depositing all the loot you got into your boxes. Just a little advise from a new watchers prospective on what we like watching.

Coming back from a run heart pounding, and breathing hard, it’s good to to get in the car, and pull out your phone and see a Blooprint video notification titled “Sulfurs Secret” it just makes the run feel soo much worth it.
ik this makes me lame but this is exactly why i never online bases like this. The odds especially when they outnumber you are just too great to risk the boom on it

Some people likes that the odds are against you and when you prevail, it feels amazing.
Risk and reward can be a lot of fun, even if the odds aren't in your favour.
And offline rading is just lame, mainly because there is no risk which ruins the game.
