Brittany from Florida, USA! I have been doing circus for 16 years, and I still found this tutorial to be very helpful! It is well broken down and I appreciate all your tips! Thank you! :)
Heya, My name is Dessany I have been training since September 2018. I’m from Texas and I love you and you’re videos so much thank you for all your energy and for making me stronger ❤️✨
Hello! I'm from California, USA. I've started going to an aerial studio in Jan 2019, and went to the studio inconsistently until summer 2019. I wasn't comfortable with hoop in that year, but when my friend bought her own rig in the beginning of 2021, she and I trained every other week, and I love training on hoop now! I love your tutorials. Thank you!
Hello from Australia:) I was moved from China and have been doing pole for about 6years and lyra for almost 3years . Love all your tutorials, I find it so inspiring and the tips are so helpful 💕
hello, from Quebec, Canada, learning hoop since 4 years. Thanks so much for this! I was always having problems passing my toes because I was looking up! now I will train looking at my belly and doing wrist taps!
Hello from snowy Canada.....it's kinda like Sweden! I have been dabbling in Aerial for about 4 years, but have really committed for about the past year and a half. I just turned 65, and I do this for fitness and strength, in order to lift my grandchildren. I train between Hoop, Sling, a bit of Pole and just starting on Silks. I really appreciate your breakdowns, including the step by steps you sometimes show for developing and conditioning at home without a hoop. I gain skills very slowly, but I remember when I couldn't do a pullover mount, and now I can! That inspires me to realize that I will eventually figure out Beats, and then be able to do an Illusion! I can get up to sit on the bar, so I know this will happen! You have a great approach, thanks!
Dear Celia thank you for your feedback. Yes it is definitively like Sweden. 🙈So inspiring to hear your journey. I have one student who is 64 and still learning and developing all the time. There is no age limit and I am happy to help you a bit on your journey. ❤️
Hello, I'm from Poland and I've been training aerial hoop for about 2 years. I absolutely love your videos and the way you explain all the moves and tricks. It helped me many times 😊

Hello from Italy! And thank you really much for your tutorials. I am training hoop since last April (it's already one year, wow!) and every week I wait your tutorials like I wait for Christmas. Great that you asked to write something to introduce us, it's like finally knowing teammates. Hi all! And thank you again :)
Dear Ilaria Yes I agree it is like introducing all of us and it is great. I want to know you guys a little bit and your journey. Then I can also help in the best way and it feels more personal for me too to know who I am doing the tutorials for. I look forward to see some of your journey and all the best. Karin
Hiii! Thank you so much for making these, they are a great resource for breakdowns! I'm in the UK and I've been training silks about 8yrs, hoop regularly about 5yrs and teaching both the last 6 months xx
Hi, I follow you on ig, and I wrote you a message over there too. I adore your work, I admire you so much, I love the way you explain moves, you know so much, and you helped me a lot. I am from Serbia, there is no system or school for aerial hoop in my country and I want to make it, i work on it, maybe in some form of Hoop Academy for future instructors. I was 35yrs in ballet, sport and dance, around 20 in yoga, and 3years in aerial. I was in national team in flat water kayak, so I know the method of sport training. But, a lot of details about aerial I am still learning and your tutorials help me a lot!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart! Keep working, keep recording, you are my most favourite aerail teacher!!!!! see ya :)))))
Hi Neda thank you so much for your super sweet message. I am very happy and feel honored that a such experienced sports person like you can use my tutorials. 🙌All the best to you and your aerial journey- your message made my day 🥰
