You have no idea how refreshing it is to see an RPG get a review on UA-cam with clear sense of purpose and a script. Thorough and not rambling. Congrats on having the best review for this system on youtube.
Agreed, after watching several other reviews on this game you really are without equal. The graphical enhancements and clean concise narrative make all the difference.
This is the only "Fleshed Out" Sandbox settings that I've ever come across. I am currently running it as a campaign setting for one of my groups. I am running it as Pathfinder 2e and just using the lore and text crawl map, encounter tables, etc. but not the game mechanics. If you want a Sandbox setting and don't know where to start....here you go.
Great, great, great work. Your review on this system is very well put, well explained, and really easy to follow. It is as professional as it gets. I've learned more about this system in your two videos than on previous 3 or 4 hours of different videos from several other youtubers that tried to descrive it and got lost on anecdotical stuff. Liked and subscribed, and with good reason!
I'm very late but your are eloquent and the visual presentation was on point. You tell just enough to get people interested in the setting. Thank you for the video.
You do know that most of the artwork by Guliksson in this was origanally made for the Swedesh RPGs in the 80:s? For me (having taken part in the gloru days of RPG:s in Sweden in the 80-90:s), theese books combine a nostalgia trip from the artwork (I can basicly tell exactly which product all those images orginally was published in) and a new system and a darker fantasy setting than it was back then.
Great video! I'm REALLY hoping for an equally high-quality video for the Player's Handbook. It'd be great to just send these videos to all the players I run this game for, in order to spare me from having to go through all of it! ./subscribed
Nice review, though I have to nitpick that this art is more reminiscent of Willingham and Roslof than Sutherland or Trampier. But realistically, is anyone like Trampier?
Diablo delivers dark Fantasy to me. It reminds me of anti climatic Tolkien. This tpg is ridiculous, we could make it special if had some races go extinct, that would help. If you have a demon infestation some races would be wiped out, starting with the elves

deliciouslunch Thank you for the high praise!
Agreed. I appreciate the detail & pace. Sub'd!
Also reviewing the most interesting RPGs. Forbidden Lands and ICRPG are both gems in the rough.

Yup, I subbed immediately

Your presentation skills are extraordinary.
If I need a reliable and entertaining review for an rpg product review, you are always my go to guy. Thanks!

Great review. Thanks. Was thinking of buying this for solo play. I like the look of the wilderness hex crawl rules. 👍

I just LOVE your videos!!!!
Please consider making videos for Dungeon Crawl Classics RPG and
The Hero's Journey RPG
Found your channel yesterday, loving it. IMNSHO I think you should be at 10k given how wonderfully made your content is!
A high quality review! Really great stuff!
Great video! Love how you summarize the main things that most people don't !

I saw that in the signatures on the pieces mostly late 80s
Insightful and precisely put together, short RPG review. Thanks a lot! Subscribed!

Excellent, yeah that's been one of my aims with these videos, for them to act as primers.
Brilliant job.
incredible presentation. thanks a lot
Excellent review, thanks!
Running this game is like running MERP by ICE. It requires a degree of finesse and restraint without shying away from the realism of the rules.
Great review! Liked and subscribbed.
The 'Blood Mist' sounds a lot like Earthdawn's 'Scourge'.
Have you looked at The Bitter Reach campaign book yet?
I hope the same to forbidden lands The Vaesen RPG Launched Today on Fantasy Grounds & Steam

Cool. ^^

You can do whatever you want with the lore at your table. Unlike a video game.
