Speaking from experiance with a similar fence, if the hired you to carefully pressure wash the old wooden fence and then they stained it, it would look brand new. I did a similar condition one about 5 years ago. It took three coats of stain , brushed on, but people thought i had replaced it. Driveway came out great!

I was amazed at all the sludge coming off of the driveway and sidewalk. 😮 it turned out fantastic - really upped the curb appeal. Once again, your attention to detail shows! You kept the gravel in the flower beds, you cleaned up the debris washed off the sidewalk. I'm curious what you'd do about stains on the driveway (like oil drips). Does the surface cleaner scrub them away, or do you treat them with a soap or other chemical?
yes it was extremely filthy! we would have to use a chemical for oil stains as the surface cleaner alone wouldn’t get all of it off. thanks for watching and commenting 👍🏻
