Well its been a week have you had any time to test anything yet . Just a tip that will probably be heard a hell of a lot .. compressor wise biggest is best go for the biggest you can get hold of .. its not overly about air pressure its more airflow . And i use garnet abrasive its been pretty good from blasting steel wheels and suspension parts to ripping paint off alloy clip ons .
What size compressor are you using? I've thought about buying something about that size but don't really want to upgrade my compressor at this time, cheers
From what I've read, about a 14cfm is the minimum due to the reality of reduced free air flow. Also a 14cfm is usually on an about 3hp and 10 bar max compressor which is the most you can realistically get from a domestic power supply (13 amp plug).
Very relaxing, sandblasting. I recently blasted the fork bottoms of the 650, before getting Graham to cerakote them.

👍Interesting ! good price
With the compressor running all the time, I think ear protection becomes as important as the respirator
Pardon?

I think aluminium oxide is harder than crushed glass it’s quite abrasive do a test compare you’ll c 😅
Please make a rollerstand and take the whole lot out of the shed, dust everywhere.
You probably need to supply 15-17cfm at 90+ psi to be effective.
So far the dust is minimal. If it's ever an issue, I'll knock up an extraction system.
