I think Mushi's team works well, if he have a team that could complement his temper. Yes he may be one of the best SEA player (in terms of Versatility of heroes played, experience and brains) but most of the time it was cause he is good at directing the team. Reason for Orange in third place in TI3 is due to his management as captain, the team actually listens and coordinate well in his aggressive play style and fervor. I heard that it was cause Mushi also directly points out his teammates mistake and they are willing to learn from it Same reason placed in his time in Fnatic. Why Fnatic could win 4th place in TI6 was also having players that could fit into his temper well, and of course with all the achievements comes pride, and in due time it turned toxic. And that is the reason why Mushi left the team, because no1 is there to sort of "complementing with" Mushi fiery temper. Of course, who would want people to constantly points out your mistakes. Even i could not take it. So i think for now, Mushi should take a break from DOTO. then come back when his ego have been toned down a bit

i loved mushi when he was in DK. and fnatic too to a lesser extent. fnatic's laning stage is generally pretty good. and their late game decision making is on par with alliance, but their mid game calls were really bad... n if they dont do well in the laning stage game gets really hard for them. midone and dj leaving the team left a huge hole they couldnt fill. n net was the best warder in the game but he got kicked because of his subpar performance is a carry in mushi's absense.
maybe if he didn't be a captain, he can focus more on his role instead of focus on the whole team. sorry if my opinion is wrong. im just a 2k mmr player.
