Once the skill becomes subconscious, you can then integrate it into more complex scenarios for practical application. Regarding the point about bringing the rifle higher-this is a matter of biomechanics. Placing the top of the stock over the shoulder reduces recoil control because the force vector creates a fulcrum point, increasing the leverage the weapon has over you. This ultimately leads to greater muzzle flip. At the end of the day, it’s about choosing what to prioritize for the specific situation at hand.
