You must have applied for quashing of FIR under sec 482 of crpc in High court. The honorable court will verify the FIR by listening to the IO and both the parties concerned, without going into the nitty gritty of the case and decide on the quashing of FIR only.

Hi arjun and juli Myself pregnant housewife living in my own new bought house in raipur with my husband, and some neighbors 5-6 houses neighbors are also harassing us since last year, we don't feel safe and comfortable living in our own home just bcoz we are young than them in age they just comments us whenever we gets out of our home. I have also terrible court cases since 2018 about neighbor woman issue who wanted to murder me for my Hindu Religion. This court cases going on for more then 4 years, I also wanted to escape from all this hell nightmare BUT I have to challenge and face it otherwise I will have again court cases issues in my next rebirth which I don't want.

I think police was correct in issuing you a summon. Since you are an involved party, when HC issues directive to police to submit status report, it is natural for police to issue summons to all involved and get their statement. If you are not available on those dates, you have to make a written submission asking for postponement

Myself pregnant housewife living in my own new bought house in raipur with my husband, and some neighbors 5-6 houses neighbors are also harassing us since last year, we don't feel safe and comfortable living in our own home just bcoz we are young than them in age they just comments us whenever we gets out of our home. Understand you guys shifted to Mumbai but could shifted to other residence in Jaipur till after the High Court case in Jaipur. Bhagavad Geetham States: Challenge and Face the situation. I have also terrible court cases since 2018 about neighbor woman issue who wanted to murder me for my Hindu Religion. This court cases going on for more then 4 years, I also wanted to escape from all this hell nightmare BUT I have to challenge and face it otherwise I will have again court cases issues in my next rebirth which I don't want.

Since you are an involved party, when HC issues directive to police to submit status report, it is natural for police to issue summons to all involved and get their statement. If you are not available on those dates, you have to make a written submission asking for postponement
