Everything after tier 4 is fun on the french Battleship line. Allthough it's been a long time since I've put some hours into Legends, i always have a blast with Normandie allthough the armor does like to remind me that bulls*** is still a thing or that i haven't angled it correctly... I think the latter is the most common

As for AL Dunky I'm leveling up her for a secondary build for my Flandre since I'm kinda getting close to enemies under 7km lately so you get the idea and I'll just use Cannonier, Porcupine, Marksman, Master Mechanic and WtR with Kedrov and Hipper as inspirations just like my Hide on my Bizzy, Brandy and GK but in the case of Hide he doesn't have WtR so i use FwF instead.
Please try Strasbourg with guepratte, di revel, and ruchang. You can get the reload down to under 20 seconds, and with reload booster you can get 3 volleys off in less than half a minute. There's nothing more fun than yoloing into 2 or 3 ships around an island and killing or crippling all of them within a minute. I suspect someone who can actually aim will have an even better time

Seeing T6, what are your thoughts about the Gadjah Mada? I recently started to finish the Pan Asian DD line and am now halfway through with the GM and I must say it's quiet amazing, even with a concealment build and radar. I noticed that the 3x2 120s hit quiet hard.

With a base rate of fire of 32 shots per minute(across all guns), you can get 43 13.5" shells out of your gun battery per minute, meaning most stuff just ceases to exist when you give it attention. You have 2 battleships worth of guns, and your accuracy is already so bad, having a commander that doesn't buff it at all doesn't make that much difference, honestly. Plus his speed-boost lets you get closer faster.
