Hi Dan, thank you for your video. Not sure if this is the same, but I am looking at buying a building with a number of vacant flats, that could be rented out, but one flat in particular is currently already let out under Gov Rent controlled. Could you comment on these?

Do you mean the government have a contract with the building owner and let the property or that they control the rent of one flat?
If there is a contract in place I would advise obtaining a copy to see what restrictions is are in place.
