Since most schools have security cameras if Izuku were to commit officers would check the security cameras once they find out how badly injured his body was from the bullying they would have to investigate. And that means if they saw all of the footage Bakugou would be charged with aggravated assault, suicide baiting, and a few more. Telling someone to kill themselves is Illegal. People have gone to prison for it (only if the person did it though). Even if Izuku didn't kill himself Bakugou could be kicked out of UA. Since he hadn't done anything Hero like until he got into UA and he's still questionable. He told someone to kill themselves just because they had something they couldn't control. And with how many times he hurt Izuku he could be charged with assault. and I wouldn't be surprised if Bakugou Bullied other people for having a villainous quirk or for it being weak. Seeing as he sees himself as the most powerful and finds everyone under him. There's a reason I say I don't like him and this is it. He told someone to kill themselves because of something they can't control and he bullied Izuku for 11-12 years. Bakugou simps always roll out how much of an asshole he is and that he told someone to kill himself just because he's attractive.
I do like Bakugou and Endeavor. Not because their hot or anything, it's because they wanted to change for the better. I mean look at Endeavor, he's trying to change and that's good instead of just staying as the abusive bastard he was back then. Same for Bakugou, he bullied Izuku in the past but he decided to change basically what I'm saying is that people can change for the better. All they have to do is face the consequences and not run from their problems. Please keep in mind that this is my opinion.

I know that forgiveness is an amazing thing and that everyone deserves a second chance, but you need to redeem and earn that second chance, sure, Bakugou has gotten a lot better and he has (sort-ish) made up, but I personally think that didn't do enough to atone. The things he did weren't "small mistakes" they did a huge deal on Midoriya's life, these other aus could have literally all happened if Bakugou pushed Midoriya just a little bit further. I don't *hate* Bakugou, but I think that he got forgiven too easily. There is a line, a point where you have to work more to earn a second chance and forgiveness, when you cross that line sorry won't be enough anymore. And sometimes the things you do might be too much for that certain someone to forgive, in that case you have to try to show that you don't feel good about what you did, apologize and move on with your life, they might not be a part of that life anymore, but you and them will find others. But of course this is just my opinion, this is not 100% facts, a lot of these are just my thoughts and opinions on this matter. There are a lot of points that I want to elaborate on, but I don't feel like writing anymore and my grammar is getting worse the more I write 🙃 And I'm pretty sure this is already too long and not many people will read this.
K, I still don't forgive Bakugou completely, but after chapter 322 I think I like him a bit more than I did before. Still though, one apology isn't enough for me, he hasn't done much to make up for his actions.
I feel like U.A was also pretty shitty in handling the relationship between the two, and even just the kids in general. You would think after all the shit those kids went through at first, that they would be given therapy, and being dragged into the war is just fucking atrocious, they're kids, not personal little soldiers. They weren't even completely second years, if at all (I can't remember when exactly it all happened in relation to their school, so sorry if I'm wrong)! The whole anime and manga forgive entirely to easily for things that are sometimes nearly impossible to forgive, Todoroki and Bak(a)gou and Zuku's relationship are good examples of that. I just feel like it was handled poorly in reference to a real situation for their characters personalities...
