Was wondering why Davenport was allowed to keep the lead when he came down and got a new tire after the contact with Bloomer ?

he did not have a flat , in the video before the announce said that, davenport in the 116 had no flat and was given the ok by track officals. The announcer miss spoke , Davenport DID NOT have a flat. That is why he was still out front. He did not have a flat.
