This is why your job should NEVER take priority over family. Stop giving up nights and weekends and take your vacation time. Be on the lookout for new and better opportunities and don’t feel even an ounce of guilt when you bail on your current company because no matter what they say or how you feel about them, they will do this to you if they need to.

For those who have been recently laid off (including myself); Remember that your job status has nothing to do with your self worth or value. FYI - Most people believe that HR is there to support employees but what most don't know or understand is that HR is there to protect the interest of the company. Hope everyone becomes even more successful in their next role!
This hits home for me as I was just recently laid off from a place I was at for over 5 years. I gave a lot to my former employee and it was a kick in the stomach for them to call me up out of the blue and tell me "Your services are no longer needed". I'm now on anti-depressants while I look for a new position.

I witnessed multiple layoffs at companies I worked for. I knew it was a matter of time for my name to be on the list. So I quit and started my own business. Never looked back.
I admire her courage and ability to articulate effectively her very strong points in this interview. I'm appalled that her manager wasn't the one to speak with her about this. How cleverly management avoids dealing with their employees directly so that they don't have to answer all of these good questions. The slimy and condescending way the interviewers deal with her questions absolutely sickens me.
Her manager may have been in the dark about her being on the layoff list. I’m guessing that HR just needed to make up some reason which is why they didn’t provide her any reason.
Yeah she's really articulate. I don't think I could stand up for myself like that. Surely she will get a better job with such abilities and they don't know who they're losing
One more example why you should never treat your workplace as your home and get emotionally attached it to; Have a backup plan, do not depend on it and remember you’re a just a number to them when the time comes.
Yeah, especially in the US where there's no respect for employees. Glad I live in a country with job security and where workers are respected and treated in a dignified manner.
well they knew the daft twat was going to go posting online seeking all the 'you go girls' 'yasss queen so brave' she could handle. So clearly HR knew THIS would be the forum for that.
There is no "forum". This was not a targeted layoff, she was not the only person let go. They laid off a bunch of people. The HR people do not know anything about the individuals or why they got tagged to be laid off. They are just delivering the bad news. Layoffs are never emotionally easy. When my company had layoffs they got swapped the HR people between Division A and Division B, so that there was no emotional connection between the new bearer and the news recipient.

She's right: corporations at the end of summer overhire people. Amazon, sales companies: they are preparing for the Christmas period when there is a massive boost in demand. They keep them on until after the Christmas break. They then fire most of them as from post-Christmas until Easter, demand and consumer spending drops. They cover themselves legally by referring to "performance targets". But these targets are so over the top, they are unattainable for most people. Moral of the story: don't work in sales or warehouses.
I don't understand why they wouldn't just say it's a seasonal job/contract and pay literally just a dollar more an hour or something. At least people would know what they're getting into and prepare for a new job in accordance with when their contract ends.
@@grasshopperweb If workers are under the illusion that if they work hard, they'll have a permanent job, these companies get much more productive and hard working employees. If they told them "it's over in 2 months regardless of how well you perform", the employees would respond accordingly (not caring/ being less productive). So it's essentially a mind trick: promise a prize to motivate them, without there ever being a prize.
That's absolutely false - Cloudstrike does not hire for "Christmas help," that's just a dumb statement. It's not seasonal work. She was fired purely based on the fact that SHE DIDN'T SELL ANYTHING. But why would they know? They're HR drones. They're just there to let her know that she's unemployed. Though TBH, if I were them, I'd be tempted to seize on the part where she admitted she never made a single sale. "I don't actually know, but that sounds to me personally like a really good reason to fire you, so that would be my guess." I would not make a good HR drone.
She was a garbage employee, she had no sales in 4 months during her probation period. You work for an at will employer you dont always get a reason why you are being let go. You obviously dont live in the real world
She was on a 90 day ramp up. You don’t have a real quota during that time. You’re learning the products, the company, and likely introducing yourself to the BOB you just inherited. She started in August, ramp up ended October or November depending on when she started in August. THEN she had to deal with Thanksgiving and Christmas. Do any of y’all work in tech? Cloudflare is a cyber company. A lot of tech companies are NOT spending money those last two months. Their budget is GONE. They’re all getting ready for the holiday. I work in cyber, my department gets nearly 2 weeks off for Christmas. Her points are valid and she had every right to bring them up.
It wasn’t a performance issue - she wasn’t a right fit. She made that clear in this video with comments like “Bullshit”. She’s unprofessional and her colleagues probably thought she was difficult. Move on
This exact thing happened to me 20 years ago, face to face in the HR director's office. I later put together that if they give any reason they are open to wrongful termination liability. In Massachusetts at least, no one gets "fired", you get laid off. They can say they don't have work for you and lay you off without supplying any supporting documentation. Their unemployment insurance rates go up but they see it as a less risky path.
In Massachusetts, you most certainly can get fired. My sister was fired from her job in 2023. When she went to collect unemployment the employer disputed it and she lost. She didn't get a dime from unemployment and she would have lost a discrimination lawsuit.
@@KayKay0314 I'm sorry to hear of your sister's predicament. If she was either fired or laid off in Massachusetts, she IS entitled to unemployment benefits. If the company is denying benefits their position is that she quit. If she did not quit I'd insist she speak with an employment attorney.
@@tinman5322you are not entitled to UI if the company can show they fired you with cause. In the sisters case, she must have done something egregious and got fired because of it.
I live in Massachusetts. It's an at will state. Meaning they can fire you for cause or no cause. Unless you have a contract stating otherwise. Although even then the contracts heavily favor the employer unless someone is good at negotiating and familiar with contract law.
Yeah, this happened to me late last year. They called a bunch of us new hires into a meeting room and let us all go. They did not even consider how much earth we had to move to make it work. At least they were honest with us, that it had nothing to do with our performance (we were sent weekly metrics), but more to do with revenues being lower than expected.
I'm pretty sure it had EVERYTHING to do with your performance. I don't know why ppl think that companies CARE about your feelings, your kindness to other coworkers or in this case your skills at "organizing your meetings"! The company is NOT your family and you are a number to them, if you are NOT generating some kind of value then OUT THE DOOR you go and bring in the next person to do it. You are 100% replaceable and you can sit there and say it had "nothing to do with performance" but if you were killing it and generating them revenue/value they would've kept you. Unless you're going the extra mile or you have a skill not many others have on your team they'll keep you around but again if you are not generating any kind of value/revenue you'll be dropped and that's life. I think the problem in North America is we have too many lazy ppl who go to work and take it easy all the time. They're on sites they shouldn't be, they take long breaks, talk too much and don't get enough work done. I see far too many ppl (even where i work now) do maybe 3-5 tasks a week where I try to get 20 tasks done and I think that speaks for itself. I'm far more efficient with my time, I'm getting things done while they are taking it easy and kicking it back. I'm not promised tomorrow but at least I know I'm doing a lot more work than others and I hope that's enough to make it to the next day.

What a peach! Seriously though, I'm 100% in Brittany's corner. I understand that for purely financial reasons it may have been necessary for the company to make layoffs. But people representing the company need to be honest. They're laying this woman off because they managed the company poorly and can no longer afford to pay employees. It's got nothing to do with her performance. They should make that very clear. They should also apologize to her for managing the company so poorly and they should be providing her a severance payment to help her transition.
You have inside information to make the statement that they can no longer pay their employees and that she performed well? She literally admits to closing no sales deals.
I don’t agree w her cutting him off saying “I’m gonna stop you right there” This was not good. Perhaps she should not have gotten fired , but that behavior says a lot for future employers who watch this video of her being disrespectful
She answered her own question. She is working a sales commission job. That means if you do close deals you don't keep your job long. She's being paid to sell and hasn't sold anything in 3 or 4 months.

She's so entitled that she cuts off the people firing her multiple times, making demands and accusations, blaming others for how she feels about her failures - as though she could boss and bully her way out of being fired. She says that her manager never directly reprimanded her. The only way I can see that being true despite her being literally a 100% deadweight loss for the company is if her manager found her completely unmanageable. Good for her for what? She constantly interrupted HR and was defensive the whole time. No wonder why she is being let go....Her attitude sux. They even said it is a performance issue and she even admitted that she has not closed out any sales. Her hearing that it was her fault was not a valid reason. She than turned it around and blamed it on the company and made up that it was due to the company over hiring. That is a classic manipulation tactic. The HR seemed extremely professional but she kept interrupting them. What do you expect some HR person to say there? These folks don't know anything about you. For an actual poor performing person that's been working in a company for a while it's different: they get a PiP and HR is involved and everything. However, in this scenario when it's large rounds of layoffs it's basically just "those are the folks that we cut" and then they're going into those calls, telling them the procedure, possible severance and formalities, done, next. They're not even remotely involved into making the call to terminate x people, neither choose who those people are.

It's literally HR's job to use those words from a legal standpoint, and there's really nothing they could do to explain anything for fear of losing their own jobs. Although I believe because of the way she's being let go (with no evidence of bad faith on her part such as browsing the internet during work) she fully qualifies for unemployment. So I don't think the company is trying to screw her over there. They are just trying to protect themselves after upper management decided to cut costs. I think it was a dumb decision by the C-suite to let go of good employees but I don't blame HR.
The rationale behind layoffs is not always linked to the performance of the employees, but rather to the performance of the company's stock. When revenue growth stalls, companies often shift their focus to showing an increase in revenue per worker. This strategy is primarily used to maintain investor confidence. It would be more honest for companies to admit this. It's disheartening to see them avoid honesty, leading to unnecessary struggles for employees and unfairly attributing responsibility for company performance to the workers.

Also, not being capable of performing the core function of your job even once in six months is a pretty reliable way to find yourself looking for a new position.
Do everything you can to get a professional license even if it is a job that does not require a college degree. The reason is simple. You need to be ready at any moment in time to work for yourself and to be able to bill others for your skills or license. Example is notary. Sure it’s an easy job but it’s a necessity for many people and that’s one of the easiest licenses to obtain. Almost every professional field, requires a license and enables you to work for yourself, and not for anyone else.
I think very less people realize this... getting fired from one firm or the other is always a Blessing in Disguise. save enough for a 6-month uncertain sprint - ALWAYS! . I can guarantee you that the reason that they said it’s performance related is so that they can deny unemployment benefits. But you can get that turned around by just telling the unemployment officer during your interview the real story. I’ve been through this so many times in so many ways. I appreciate that you recorded this so that others can see how impersonal and heartless companies can be. My motto has been “the Phoenix rises from the flames”. She never waits for the embers to cool. Allow yourself some time to be angry and sad and then throw yourself into getting the next best job you’ve ever had! And remember, this is not about you this is about them. If they knew how to manage or run a company this wouldn’t have happened. One day you will look back on this and realize that it was just a steppingstone in your journey. Sending you my love and support.
One reason why employers may lie about the reason for the layoff has to do with the unemployment taxes they have to pay. They can get a rate hike for the number of employees claiming unemployment from a layoff at the company. Employees let go for a performance reason may not qualify for unemployment insurance based on the state. These type of companies who use this reason falsely are disgraceful.

Brittany has a lot to learn. In the conversation she had them by the balls but then she got side-tracked and mentioned her not closing deals. That was stupid. Exactly. Weirdly, that appears to be legal in the US job market (it isn't here and redundancy has very specific criteria and processes attached to enacting it), so I'm not sure why they would make it worse by trying to state that her performance was subpar.
An “at-will employment” state, meaning an employer has the legal right to dismiss an employee for any lawful reason. A lawful termination can thus be executed at any time, needless of prior notice. Although it may seem like this doctrine solely shields employers, the policy can be used to protect employees as well. The key concept is lawful termination. Yes, an employer is entitled to fire an at-will employee without notice, but the reasoning for the firing must always remain lawful. If it comes to light that a firing was done for unjust or unlawful reasons, a wrongful termination claim can ensue.
This is also why it's important to examine a company's history of layoffs when applying to them. This kind of behavior doesn't come out of nowhere. Also most of the time folks aren't actually individually assessed during these layoffs. The folks at the top decide they need better numbers for whatever time period and will cut whatever groups are easiest. As shown here theyre not interested in your individual performance and therefore rlly not a judgement of ones value

I have a different take: I've trained may salespeople and not everyone is cut out for sales. She stated that she hadn't closed a sale in 3 months. I knew very quickly if someone was good at sales or not. There is some definite innate talent involved and all the training in the world won't make you a great salesperson Like the NBA, not everyone cut out to play in the NBA. Closing sales is how you are judged/rewarded "not working hard."
I get that she wasn't meeting performance sales goals, but they needed to communicate that clearly during the employment. They should have also helped her as much as possible to remedy the situation with advice and training. I believe her when she said her manager was telling her that she is "doing great" with all positive feedback. I am betting her manager was also fired along with most of her team. The main purpose of HR is to prevent the company from being sued. They should have had documented the poor performance and have them signed by her throughout her months of employment. I maintain this HR team didn't do their due diligence and they should also be fired for not doing their job.
Making her sign statements that her performance is unacceptable could well be interpreted by an employment tribunal as harassment unless she'd been specifically warned of that possibility. In particular if she was signing things under duress and other colleagues there's a possible case for discrimination.
The company is not obligated to help her meet her goals other than provide normal resources, but that said, I agree with you they never communicated anything to her and blind-sided her.
they over hire and cut the bottom performers, its the best way to get top workers if your company can afford it. no need to train or waste their time on the bottom level.
@@peterkin1010 The employment tribunal is a UK concept that we don't have in the United States. Except in cases of discrimination based on protective status (disability, age, race, gender, etc.) the employer is free to fire at will. Discrimination is not that easy to prove in the US either unless you have direct hard evidence that your protected status was the reason for your firing. Signing under duress also is not a legal concept in the US unless someone is directly holding a gun to your head.
Very sorry you had to go through this experience. The fact that they could not answer your reasonable and specific questions, and then had the audacity to say these questions could be addressed at some later point. @@JDintheDMV, do you NOT get the fact that she recorded the meeting WITHOUT disclosing it to the other parties (which, in many states is illegal) and then POSTED it to a very public forum? There are other options available; for every job she applies to there will be many other candidates who don't bring this baggage. I am so happy that I no longer work. I am 100% disabled through the VA and unable to work anymore. My last job I got fired from because I missed so much because of my health.
This just illustrates the type of secrecy companies operate with from beginning to end. Ever apply to a job and never hear back as to what happen to your application, even after attempts to reach out and follow up? Go on an interview and not hear back? There really is no explanation, be it the truth or not, that is going to satisfy someone being denied access to something they are depending on and companies don’t want to get into how they’ve negatively impacted real people’s lives. That doesn’t add to the bottom line.
Not sure where this happened but there are a lot of “at will” states where your employment can be terminated without notice or reason. Best advice in this case is to take it on the chin - say thanks and move on. At least that way you haven’t bruised yourself in a way that future employers will see and may affect your future negatively. Failing that - do the absolute best thing and work for yourself !
All states except Montana are at will employment states, unless modified by contract. It’s outside the US that employment cannot be terminated except for cause or due to extenuating business circumstances.

Facts. You didn’t perform. No sales in 4 months. You not getting paid for activity only. And notice how entitled, combative she is. Playing the victim. No accountability at all. Good riddance
She had a good point that they were not honest about the reason. I don't think they actually need a reason, and it would have been more honest, as she suggested, to say they hired too many people and realized they made a mistake. The people doing the layoff kept talking about her "feelings", but she was actually asking about facts. For whatever reason they didn't want to talk about facts or were not authorized to do so. Good for her for saying it aloud instead of allowing them to save face.
Organizations that operate like this should be illegal and shut down. Let’s be real, HR’s only care about the company not the actual human capitol that makes those companies operate and are success. Ps. What a shit HR people on this call. They should be so embarrassed!

HR didn't handle this well, but she obviously is not in the right field. she doesn't have a background in tech, and just sort of failed upwards by being a stereotypical corporate girly. but when you're in sales (who make $100k/yr on average) you have to know what you're doing and sell. no one cares about "really great meetings" all this other nonsense. if she is just having zoom meetings for months and nothing is happening, then you know its not going to work out.
The real failure is whoever was hiring reading her resume and not realizing that it translated into "I didn't make a single sale in 7 months at Snowflake, so they transferred me to existing accounts, and after 4 months of that I couldn't upsell existing customers on anything so I got the boot" and they hired her at Cloudflare. We can only guess at what Snowflake was thinking hiring former HR with a nontechnical degree as a salesperson for a technical product to begin with. She must be great at interviewing

The manipulative emotional language used by HR to deflect the question is so gross. Then again, they were not going to say out loud what we all know to be true based on how they evaded her question. Makes me appreciate my company WAY more. 52 years old European talking here. Started working in a job market with high employee's security, 30 years ago. It was really hard to get your ass fired back then. Situation now is worse, but nowhere near as harsh as in the USA. We're moving that way, though. Anyway, over time I learned that being loyal to an employer won't ever pay off. They use your loyalty to their advantage, trying to milk you from your time and energy to the max, for the lowest possible reward. In doing so, they have created a toxic working environment and a generation or two that wisened up, won't take their shit and will do the absolute minimum to earn their wage. And I applaud them (those generations) for that. I crack up every time I hear some dumb employer / HR manager talking about lazy employees that are "quiet quitting" as if they didn't create the monster themselves.
Yeah I’ve been in this exact spot before like many others. I had a company hire me and right from the beginning they had these huge moving plans and needed to organize years and years worth of files and I single handily created and organized a new system for their record keeping for current and archived client files and as soon as the work was done and the “big move” was finished they let me go. No explanation, just a, “we’re sorry, you did a good job but we don’t think you’re a good match for the company.” No negative paper trail, no write ups, nothing. It’s just disgusting that these large companies can do this to people and we can do nothing about it in most states.
RUN girl! RRRUUUUNNNNN!! She's right that they hired people and just cannot afford them, so they are firing now. They are probably going under, so get another job.
They fired 2.6% of their sales staff that quarter. That's lower than average sales churn. They can afford people fine, just not people who are producing zero output. Their stock is up 20% for the quarter. Their revenue is up 32% YoY, profit up 45% YoY. It's pretty much certain they have already hired her replacement and then some.
People who were recently hired are more likely to be let go when there's layoffs. This is pretty obvious. Not sure if there's legal reasons why they can't say that, but this whole thing is somewhat pointless. I get it's unfair to her and I agree. But it's also a corporation. Other people in the comments are pointing out the same thing: don't get too attached to your job.

So it's essentially a mind trick: promise a prize to motivate them, without there ever being a prize.

If she was the same way with him that she was on this call, and he never found it in him (whether because of his own weakness as a person, or due to fear of backlash from HR, or for whatever other reason) to set her straight.

2) Seems the performance metrics were not properly communicated to her, either when she got hired or at this meeting.
3) The company obviously is trying to avoid paying severance pay to numerous employees.
4) if it is a sales job with a probation period to close sales that should be explicitly stated, and I don't think anyone did that.
Good for you girl!!! Two weeks before Christmas, I was informed that “my services are no longer needed” over the phone! No ‘solid’ grounds explained.
@@rira12621 Just be straightfoward and don't say these phrases in the first place. They are empty and hallow.

Thank you for your comment with your thoughts, thank you for the clarification it will help other many employees here.
Apparently someone thought they needed them three months prior. That person made a bad decision, and should be fired.
GREAT job girl standing up to them!
IT, and just the way corporations in general, handle these events are so out of touch and off base and just plain cold and brutal. Go work for yourself and answer to no one except your customers.
There is no crying in baseball.
Sales is the worst industry to be in. Whenever they need to let people go, they are the first to be fired. Happened recently at my job.
She didn't close sales. Her employer isn't a charity.

i would NEVER get into sales.
Sales is only the worst for people that don't put in the work to learn sales. Rockstar sales people can out earn virtually any other role when partnered with a good company.
@@JasonSpasoff never. the statistics are shit. sure the exception verifies the rule, and u gotta look the part too. pretty people obviously do well in sales, and even then they still aren't safe.
YOU CLOSED NOTHING!
That lady was speaking corporate bullsht and giving you the run around. They absolutely Do Not Care. I'm glad you posted this. Let everyone see what they are.
This is all just really messed up.
Yeah they blindly looked at meaningless data and didnt even talk with her manager. Mindless idiots
You are obviously a very talented communicator, so a future company will recognize this fact. On the very bright side, you are better off not staying any longer at this company.
She made no sales in 4 months, useless...
She recorded herself being terminated. There is no company that would want to touch her.
@@jsnbkr66 So the company has something to hide.
@@jsnbkr66 How is she never to be employed again? Being terminated is not a big deal. How do you think other people find another job?
@@JDintheDMV, do you NOT get the fact that she recorded the meeting WITHOUT disclosing it to the other parties (which, in many states is illegal) and then POSTED it to a very public forum? It's "gone viral" and thereby she is now VERY visible. No manager or company will want this headache on their hands. There are other options available; for every job she applies to there will be many other candidates who don't bring this baggage. She has put her resume on the "Do not touch with a ten foot pole" pile.
Working hard is nothing.
Results are everything.
But she said her manager never complained on her so what was the problem she got fired ? and they couldnt even say why she got fired...
I am so happy that I no longer work. I am 100% disabled through the VA and unable to work anymore. My last job I got fired from because I missed so much because of my health.
Third-party firings are awful. What a copout. I think I'll put Cloudflare on my don't-give-them-a-kidney list.
You typing this up on your iPhone? You ever go to Starbucks? Order from Amazon? Aight…
Brittany, don't give them your feelings, they are not worth it
Good on you for standing up to them and sharing with the world.
I feel for this young woman. The corporation is a sociopath, and the HR department it’s loyal henchmen. I have been laid off by people I never even met, and it’s very upsetting. Facts. You didn’t perform. No sales in 4 months. You not getting paid for activity only. And notice how entitled, combative she is. Playing the victim. No accountability at all. Good riddance
I come back to this video whenever I need a kick in the butt! Thank you Brittany!!
What a strong young lady. I raise my hat for her.
Organizations that operate like this should be illegal and shut down. Let’s be real, HR’s only care about the company not the actual human capitol that makes those companies operate and are success.
Ps. What a shit HR people on this call. They should be so embarrassed!
It's pretty obvious Cloudflare is going through restructuring, giving the economy and all. Don't think this will stop at 40 lay-offs. This is a repeat of 2008 all over again.

Weird they didnt say upfront to her your performance or sales didnt meet our demands isnt that strange ?
I have so much respect for Brittany. She would make an amazing leader. Maybe she should start her own company because she certainly seems to have what it takes and I believe this experience would cause her to be more empathetic to her employees, which is something we need more of.

This happened to me last year... Wallbox hired to many people and then they decided to layoff 15% of the staff.
I was relieved of my duties as a Senior IT government contractor, today and was told by my contracting company that the customer reiterated the fact that it was NOT based on performance by any means, but simply the fact that my position has been dissolved and replaced by a non-IT role that involves different skill sets. I was given a 4-6 week time frame for separation, as the new role has been backfilled and awaiting a security clearance to be granted. I was shocked as well. I’ve been supporting the contracting company for 4.5 years. I feel really bad for this young woman. 😢
When she said stop right there - it's everything you need to know. It looks like her attitude is part of the problem
Exactly
The manipulative emotional language used by HR to deflect the question is so gross. Then again, they were not going to say out loud what we all know to be true based on how they evaded her question. They were not gonna say "Yep, we have no idea, this metric thing was bs and this firing was outsourced to us because Cloudfare does not give a shit"
Every remote sales company over hires and keeps the good ones after a certain period, and being paid for months of no results she should be sending them a thank you letter. this isn’t a secret corporate magic😂 FYI she was also outed on being the bottom 4% of the company.
@@Kdot2x If that was the case, they shouldn't have had an issue telling her that...?
@@LilLamb-headquartersthey offered to get back to her with the performance specifics. Of course, she answered it herself by admitting she hasn't closed a single account in her 4mo of employment... and yes, you can close deals during your ramp period, in fact you're expected to if you intend to keep your job after your ramp is over.
As a sales executive she hasn't made any sales in 4-5 months. Companies hire a lot of sales people and get rid of the ones who can't make any sales.
You don't know how the company works though. It could be normal to not make frequent sales if it's a very high value contract. Regardless, she clearly wasn't given any clear metrics or warnings about her performance... if you are truly terrible, your manager would very likely say something.
So, if people feel strongly about this, boycott cloud flare. But they won't, so the world keeps on turning.
Just rewatched this and DAMN she really got to the heart of it. At the end of the day the company can let you go for any bullshit reason they want, and they will try to gaslight YOU into thinking YOU didn’t live up to expectations!!! They literally just had to cut people and her name landed on the chopping block. It feels so unfair…. If they had just told her “you’re right unfortunately we had to cut X number of people and you just weren’t a top choice. These corporations don’t care about anything but the bottom line. Being let go is a blessing in disguise.
What should they care about? Good product? Good service? That IS the bottom line.
idk about u, but for me to get laid off for no reason is better than to fck up some bussiness sht and being fired for a reason.
Makes me appreciate my company WAY more. Our ramp is a year and after your ramp you are paired with a senior member of your team for another year to work and build relationships with the clients your team supports.
This is typical corporate America. Over hire to meet quotas and get government grants then lay em off in the new year.
Exactly and especially remote sales as well which is probably the least stable job in the world 😂 most company over hire and keep the good ones after sometime, this isn’t some secret corporate knowledge lmao
