Associate-level exams assume 2 years hands-on experience. I have an AZ-500 LinkedIn Learning series at www.linkedin.com/learning/paths/prepare-for-the-microsoft-azure-security-technologies-az-500-exam?u=2125562 , and then MS Learn for free self-paced training also.

With your current level of experience, I would suggest you take AZ-104 Azure Administrator first, then move onto the deep dive security topics like this one.

Yes. Should have Domain 3 posted tonight and all 5 domains by Feb 15th.

Would watching this vedio thoroughly only be enough to pass az500?
No. This exam is deeply technical and assumes candidates have 2 years hands-on experience. My LinkedIn Learning series together with this would get you closer, but there is substitute for experience with this exam.

@@InsideCloudAndSecurity Would be nice if you could make an updated version of the questionnaires. For example a video recording of doing the preview test exams on the Microsoft Learn website while giving explanations as to why the answer is correct or incorrect. I think that would be the best way someone could take so much from the video. Especially for a course like AZ500 where the resources are not widely available like for the AZ900 course. I tried doing the practice test but it shows failed or passed but it won't show what questions I made a mistake on or why. That is why doing that is least effecting for a student like me, compared to watching UA-cam videos of Gurus like you.

We know that "General purpose V2" support auditing for SQL database, what about "premium file shares" and "premium block blobs" ? do they support auditing for sql database?

Are these questions still relevant?
A couple of recent name/brand changes by Microsoft you should be aware of, but yes, these are definitely still relevant for the current exam.
Is this video in need of a 2024 refresh ? I am just about to study for my AZ-500. I used the AZ-900 video and it really helped with that.
This will get an update later in 2024, likely the second half of 2024. This one is more impacted by naming/branding changes more than functionality changes.

I have a question pls:
if the user has MFA disabled, and we configured either ( conditional access, Identity protection sign in risk policy , or PIM) which require the user to use MFA to be able to sign in or activate a role.
In this case, will the user gets blocked or prompted to enroll MFA first ?
Pls note the user has MFA disabled!
By "the user has MFA disabled", do you mean that the MFA policy has not been applied so they are not configured? If a Conditional Access policy is applied to them that requires MFA, the user will automatically be forced to configure the MFA settings.

No MFA conditional access or MFA policy configured, just under MFA Per user settings, the user MFA is set to disable
I thought I read that Kubernetes was no longer on the exam.
Still there. "Configure security for container services", mentioned in official study guide, could include questions about AKS, ACI, etc. You'll also see Azure Container Registry still on the exam, which relates to AKS, so don't count K8S out.
Microsoft Exams word their questions a lot differently than what you've shown here, but I appreciate your knowledge and insights on this
