Sorry to hear you feel lonely . I find it helps so much just to have a conversation with God if l am troubled or anxiety . I just tell Him how l feel and ask Him to help me. Trust always that He will answer . Take His Safe Hand and enter His rest 🫶🫶🙏
I’m a widow too Daisy, but you know what?…even though I’ve been feeling so down and with anxiety, my refuge and strength has been my Powerful Husband! Lord God Almighty! He’s your Husband and your strength too!, no matter what! He promised to be with us, widows now, until the last breath of our lives!. Go to His chest and rest there. We need so much rest. I’m here.
I believe that 3am anxiety is an attack from Satan. I have scripture written on index cards and when I wake up with racing negative thoughts- I get on my knees and start praying those verses. I'm on meds too, but I'm battling this in a spiritual realm as well! Look for UA-cam videos from Red Rocks Church Shawn Johnson are helping me feel like I can fight back.
