I am a fresher in this and planning for a LTCG. Please answer to my queries below.
1. How many years I can hold the stock of a company ?
2. Suppose I am buying stocks for Long Term from a less competitive company which is not having higher market price. Later after 1 year the company itself collapses or merged with some others. What will happen to my Stocks that i purchased a year back?
3. When is the ideal time to sell those long term stocks for a good performing company.
4. Now that recession is going to hit as a fresher Should I buy share or not from popular orgs like: JIO, MNM,DMART,Future Retail, Reliance Mart etc. etc.

@@drprashantdsalve5138 Very solid. There have been few changes at the top level. People have left the company after 14 years. That actually speaks volumes about the sector, growth, and stability. If you expect management to stay longer than 10 years :) it becomes like a Govt. job "Chalta hai" types.
You can average it for long time then you can get profit , some news is coming for electric vehicles

Can you make easy videos where investors can judge any stocks by putting parameters of PE, ROCE, ROE, debt/ equity, CAGR and many more with minimum to maximum points or star ratings. This justifies how is stocks in his sector with pricing. Regards
