Of course some are better in singing than dancing and vice versa. But overall they can do everything! I think that it is from the phylosophy of their poducer (社長: Shacho). They are taught not to make use of the music in order to show themselves how great they are. Instead they are supposed to perform making use of themselves to express how great the music is! CEO Mr. Hidaka said that there might be the subtle but big difference in the interview.
