The high dollar is a result of its reserve currency status and the fact it’s in short supply due to QT, nothing more. Once the fed gets printing again it will drop like a stone

The Fed has been increasing rates faster than we expected and even in other major countries, it's why the dollar is overvalued globally.

If the congress doesn't release fund to repay the debt and the economy is unable to recover from a emergency as unable to borrow more it will collapse everything including the market, the value of dollar and everything. It is better to have all in control before it reaches the threshold.

it's like fine art or crypto currency. too much outside investment into a single unit is doing that. divide the USD by ten and it gets realistic.

The dollar is not overvalued, it's been criminally undervalued for 24 months straight as these massive bubbles have outpaced the rate of even the craziest money printing we've ever seen. Over the next 2 years, the only thing worth holding will be cash as these over-priced tangible assets and stocks deflate and crash. We're 40-50% overcooked still. People say to never hold cash because it will lose value to inflation, but it's wild how few people understand that cash BEATS asset values for super short periods between economic cycles, and mainly during recessions. For example, if you held cash from 2004 to 2006 you would have lost your butt to real estate price appreciation (a form of inflation), but if you sold in 2006 and held cash until 2009, your buying power would have increased 40-50% due to that crash/temporary deflation. We're about to see the largest crash in modern history. Hold cash and nothing else until at least late 2023.
