Jason tried about 80% of the time to get along with AJ & convince their dad to treat AJ better - to no avail. Jason even blamed Alan’s treatment of AJ for AJ’s alcoholism, which was the major factor. Even Monica could see that right before the accident that delivered Jason Morgan. The remaining 20% he just had enough of AJ being an alcoholic jerk & would go off on him. He wasn’t really perfect.
Dillon never had a scene with his grandmother Lila despite Lila being available in both April and May of 2003 when her last scenes were filmed....the writers just didn't think it was important enough I guess. Very sad. All the other Quartermaine grandchildren (except Drew because he didn't exist until years later) got to share scenes with Anna Lee (Lila).

I agreed with Jason Courtney did change his life jmo but I think all the women he loved changed his life in one way or another.
