All of these guys are insanely talented, and together they are mind-blowing. You should go back to their first single "Healer" for some more epic Jelusickness.
This new album by Jelusick is technically their 2nd album. Dino had a band called Animal Drive under Frontier Records, and due to some shennanigans, Frontier dropped the band and forbid the use of the name. So Dino took a member from Animal Drive and just started this new band, Jelusick.
This song didn't grab me as much at first as the awesome Healer and Reign of Vultures, but it's really grown on me and I love it. It's a modern groove metal gem, and of course Dino's voice is fantastic as always.🤘🎤🎶
Great song. I know it may sound crazy but this has a heavy KING's X vibe. You are probably not old enough to know who KING's X is. If you every get the chance, listen to It's Love and you will hear the similarities.
You know you're right. I do hear quite a bit of King's X in this band. I was trying to think of who they sounded like, and I believe you hit on something there. Dino doesn't sound very much like Ty Tabor, but the music itself does a lot. I haven't bought any King's X since 1994's Dogman album, because my musical tastes have changed quite a few times over the years, but they were pretty cool for a late 80s, early 90s Alt Metal band.
Thank you for this fantastic reaction! JELUSICK brilliant band 💯 Dino brilliant 💯🔝💗🤘🤘
Jelusick never fails to get your ass off your chair and start headbanging. F**king awesome! 🤘🤘

He was also lead singer on the George Lynch project Dirty Shirley. Lots of awesome tunes on that record.

I see some influence from Zak Wilde in solo guitar part... Great job boys!!! Greeting from Bulgaria, and yes long live Balkan Power 😊😊😊😊
🔥🔥
Fabuloso
BTW - The album is supposed to be out in September 2023
I could have SWORN, I saw DIO in the room....
I gotta believe that if Dio could talk to us, he would say "The torch has been passed"

Dude, finally somebody hears the King's X influence. "Dogman" is in my top 5 all time fave albums!
