I wish I stuck to lists, I'm wasting so much cash and food overbuying fresh meat/fish then not using it all as I didn't have one ingredient in I need then even worse, the next week I buy the missing ingredient and forget what it was for and it never gets used. Definitely something I aim to change in the new year, having kids who all eat differently has contributed to this.
Hi Leigh, it can also be changeling if you are not all eating the same meals but try with the grocery list first and implement new changes in your meals gradually, as long as you track it every week and see where to change it will work xxx
