Mmm he actually probably has the smallest range out of all of them lol it’s still gorgeous but bc his voice is much higher there’s only so far he can really stretch it. Especially bc he sings with that kind of cry in his voice a lll the time it kinda limits him a bit when it comes to deeper vocals. What he does is incredible for sure either way. The vocalists are all exceptional... I’m always blown away and a big reason is bc each of the has their strong parts... that another may lack a little more and each of them brings something completely different... I also think that Tae (like Jungkook) connect soulfully with lyrics ( based on things he listens to on their own) and this song grips him. Jin's voice is like a beautiful crystal. Jungkook's voice makes me feel like I am soaring - in this song even though it has a sad quality it still has that soaring almost hopeful feeling tied to it. Jimin's voice in this song has a pained quality that I don't think I have ever in his voice before. I feel like they all really connected with the lyrics of this song. I don't know what it is but this song makes me feel kinda sad?? Just listening to it, it feels super emotional. But I really love it. The vocals, just. Holy shit. I was speechless when I first heard this. Especially in the chorus with the loud, high, drawn out first words/sounds/syllables. I love the way it's composed and produced. Just really beautiful. The rapping is amazing, too. Hobi really stood out with his sing-rapping style. It suits the melody really well. It's such a gorgeous song. Jungkook did so so so so well in producing it. Amazing.

I don't know if you heard stigma or not, but he starts that song in his deep voice and it cascades to an ear piercing high note. Also in his latest solo Sweet night, he starts in a very deep voice and travels within his vocal range. He went deep in dionysus but so is Jin, both did deep notes in that song... but V is the baritone of the vocal line he has the deepest voice, even speaking voice.

V’s voice was not utilized to its best potential during their early years. They always had him sing in a rough voice which sounded ok but not the best. Also he wasn’t given too many lines for his voice to really be noticed and shine. I’m glad he’s been given really good parts in their newer songs and more recent album releases. I love the high note hitters like Jin, Jimin and JK. But when V comes in with his soulful deep voice..it is so unique and eargasmic. You just wanna close your eyes and appreciate that tone. And yes I love his high notes in this song too. He goes up high then slowly goes bsck down to his low register which is sooo good. Not a lot of people can easily do that.
If you're planning to watch the second performance of stay gold there's literally not even a version of the perfomance uploaded on UA-cam that doesn't have the audio delayed and It's frustrating
I always get ticked off when I look in the comments of a live performance and don't see a lot of praise for Jimin. His antis like to say that he can't sing live, and i'd like to slap them. I'd also like to slap the people who claim to be ARMYs yet ignore the hate he gets or straight up refuse to defend him. If you don't love all 7, you aren't army, and the boys would spit on you. They'd choose each other over you any day of the week. Sorry for the rant, its just the amount of hate I see him getting on the regular with very little defense from the fandom just irks me so much. Jimin is an incredible vocalist, and the fact that people (including some "ARMYs") try to hate on him by coming for his vocals is just ridiculous.
