Naja, das ist ja auch ein anderer Maßstab. Bei Hof-Mohr findet allerdings ab und zu ein Traktor-Pulling statt. Das ist echt cool.

Very impressive builds, but the pulling surface is way to soft and loose. The skid on the sled shouldn't be plowing like that.

RC cars/trucks/tractors have waaaay more power to weight ratios than their real predecessors. If the sled was strictly weight dependent without the friction/dragging would be too easy :)

I wish the real pullers wouldn't run on the very hard packed, almost PAVEMENT kind of surface! To me, it's taken a lot of the fun and sport out of it.....
SOME tracks are SO hard, the trucks can actually smoke their tires on it! NO digging in = NO fun.

So they pull to a certain point and the sled locks down the wheels on back, forcing the tractor to slide the wheels? Not exactly realistic but ok.

How so? The wheels should be free rolling, the weight in sled should move forward enough to cause enough resistance. That is how it works on real sleds.

Dont think so. Iff wheels are not driven, they start acting like plows in loose soil and specially in mud. I know this from work in reall life, driving huge 200 hp 4WD tractors with soil trailers. I'm also a excavator operator and to free a lot of them from the shitty mud we have here in Holland Europe...

the trailer locks up before the coarse ends. in order for it to be done proper the sled should slide the whole length of the coarse and weight on the sled should be the only factor. coarse is to long for that trailer. trailer looks good just the coarse is a tad long.
