I had a 14 plate eco titanium ford focus and they are built so rubbish. I would not recommend at all. I had the same exact issue with constant water building up in the tyre compartment which would travel into the back seats. It would build up as soon as it was raining. Which meant constant wiping up. It would cause heavy condensation on the windows and mould to grow as well as a foul smell. There’s a reason they say avoid English cars, built like a toy! Glad to have got rid of it after a year! Not worth the hassle
This was exactly what I was going through too and a garage billed me £700 to fix so I decided to take matters into my hands as I’ve read that the problem comes back after a while.
