It was very bad experience for this prestige cook 20.0 modle .... The surface of this induction is very thin and then induction is over heat very fast within 10min and now this surface is like melting the surface of induction..... request don't buy this cheap product.....
Also customer care was like if physically damaged product then you should charge money for exchange the surface ...but main problem is in our product then why we charge....its like scam
taware nilesh thanks for sharing your point, our is working f9 till now some products hv manufacture defect that was in case of my washing machine. Can't predict abt customer care as the end user has to bear the issue.

Same model with the video, at first the temperature can increase upto 2000 when i press the + buttom but after few use it cannot increase the temperature more than max 1200
Athokpam Peliya at start it shows default temp. then you hv to choose options b'cuz different option have different max temp.
in all the options, i get 1200 as max temp
Bhai aap machine pr cooker rakhte ho to aapki value aa jati hai or main rakhta hoon to meri value nhi ati hai or time set krta hoon to O bhi nahi hota hai
Why it's making sound even after switching off
Cooking With Bhat that sound is of fan which runs for minutes even after making induction off.
