Every year I make it a tradition to start my Gilmore girls rewatch with Deep Fried Korean Thanksgiving while baking my first batch of fall cookies. I light a fall Bath and Body Works candle, decorate for Halloween, open windows for the crisp fall air, turn on the episode and get to baking!
