Fish tacos looked good when u said tht u had gain weights due to lifting it was a light bulb going off I said Thts why I’m gaining weight duh. I’m nuts . I’m 64 I’m not as toned as u due to my extra skin so my muscles are under tht so I hadn’t put it together I think u look amazing
Yeah, now I’m trying to find ways to lose muscle without completely depleting my muscle if that makes sense. That’s good girl, I’m proud of you!
