This is great. After seeing this I can see 3 1/2 will be perfect for our needs.
    Great locomotives

Brilliant video.I particularly liked the panning shots and that of 1011 Country of Chester with the heavy goods.

Really like the A4. Didn't know you could get one in this scale. Was it a custom build or what model is it

Nice to see a couple of V4's present. Makes a change from the more usual B1's and V2's. I would love to see a P1 running modelled with working booster. Now that would overcome any slipping on start problems ;-)

Super video, lovely track & facility. Good variety of motive power to be seen, looks to have been a very enjoyable and successful event. Thanks for posting your efforts.

Couldn’t quite tell at 15:08 if that a county or not either way has such a nice chuff to it sounds like a GWR

Not too may people go around pulling trains in this scale. Glad to see it here! Speaking of which, where would I be able to find some wagons in this scale?

Took me a while to work out that that was a narrow gauge Funky loco and not an out-of-scale 58.

How much do these locomotives weigh on average in order to pull the weights of the passengers without slipping?

The Stevenson Rocket may be the lightest,of a smaller scale then 1:8.It can pull maybe 2 people. Not sure the weight on it ,but I dont think it weighs more then 75lbs.The tender maybe around 20lbs.The 1:8gauge scale locomotives that can pull up to around 15 people weighs in around 700lbs.with the tender around 200lbs

I'm struggling with scale can anyone help I build 1.16th scale trucks and want a as close too size locomotive and these gauge 3 1/2 inch look the closest can anyone tell me what scale the locomotives are TIA

For the mainline prototype locomotives the scale is 3/4 inch to the foot, so 1/16th is about right.
