I used to be size 6 Ms Sharon, I did intermittent fast . It really worked. I am actually size S now. You can still go back to your size that you want. I lost 20lbs in 2 months. Consistency is the key. No more snacking n food after 8:30 pm and next meal is 12:30. Less carbs or not at all.
Hopefully you can try if you really wish to get back to your size.
