I give you an idea: make 2 capsule rooms and a capsule corridor that can be extended like trains cars. You can also add a staircase to the second floor to the corridor. Utility rooms in any of the rooms. On the roof there is a walking area or the second floor. An important feature is that the whole house can be disassembled and transported to another place without the use of specialists. This will open up a new type of travel - traveling together with a large house to any place where a standard sea container can be delivered, not limited to just one container.

I would like to see two of these linked at their entry doors with a connecting glass passage that could also be the foyer and bridge two units so that one unit is two bedrooms and a bathroom, the other unit is a kitchen, bathroom, and living room or bedroom, and the entry bridge spanning between the two units is long enough to make an outside courtyard or patio between the two units.
