But seems unlikely at this time.
It's both a sad day and a good day. Sad, because no one wants to realize that players they rooted for did something reprehensible, but good because hopefully justice will be served.
So the devil's, McLeod and Foote have took indefinite leave of absences because they were apart of the 2018 WJC team. Is this the actions of innocent men?

Who says they actually did anything wrong? It may have very well been consensual, and now these guys have the money to go after them.
@twillison8824 dude, don't say something so dumb and ignorant..
@@cowbelltm holy crap your comment made zero sense. Did you fail basic comprehension in elementary school and couldn't recover?
i feel bad for the mcloud on the oilers hes probably gettign hammered with messages thinking hes the one on the devils
It is his older brother.
Innocent until proven guilty!!!!
Innocent people don't lawyer up
I could care less about this story
Awful convenient that the initial investigation found nothing worthy of pressing charges, but now these guys have money, that it's suddenly an issue. There's likely no way to prove consent all these years later, either.
Are you dumb or dumb
They already lost a civil suit!!
No surprise this was going to follow!
@Shakes-P no she sue hockey Canada not the players.
@@terryxperry I no
But the reason you do a Civil suit 1st is all the facts come out. Your team builds a case before you file a criminal suit.
I just meant it is to 0 surprise this is happening. As a father I just with it came to light a LONG TIME AGO!
@Shakes-P she should have sue the players too. That all I am saying. As for the players getting charged . They will have there day in court.
Ban and Jail all 5. lifetime ban from NHL. damn ANIMALS
What about her when they prove she lied? Damn animal should be jailed for life.
Does no one consider this young lady here in London knew exactly what she was doing? Absolved of any responsibility because she’s a lady. Equality 👏🏻
"No means No", bud
This goes down to the consent laws in Canada, which states a person cannot grant consent if intoxicated. Which has been made very clear in statements from the victim states she was intoxicated.
HOCKEY CANADA IS NOE LIKE THE EPSTEIN GROUP

Yeah but what about the 🌈 and all those transgender hockey players? Isn’t that more important?
