  • What a better time to investigate the Mohawk ship reef offshore southwest Florida then the July fourth independence day holiday. The ship was only intentionally sunk a few years ago and it is already thriving with marine life. This brief video shows the current condition of the reef including some of it's marine life inhabitants and encrusting growth.
The artificial reef is already an offshore attraction for marine life and offshore enthusiast alike. The sunken ship provides a destination for offshore fishermen and scuba divers to enjoy.
Video captured and produced by TISIRI's underwater cameraman and Joe Kistel
