Sad to see all the comments trying to get you to stray away from expanding the content to reach wider audiences, personally I like the idea of you playing new stuff than just GTA. Keep up the great work, and play what you want to play and enjoy the most.
As a person who does this for a living (more or less, systems admin here), i advise everyone to try building their PC. Its not super difficult and there are a lot of tutorials online to build PCs and even upgrade them. THAT BEING SAID, always keep in mind, someone or some place that can diagnose issues that you CANNOT FIGURE OUT. Do not attempt to mess with things without having some idea what that part does. Im always here to help Buggs, if you have any PC issues. Also, each part you add into your PC will increase its power draw, keep in mind that overkill power supplies are just as bad as not enough power, although under powered can cause permanent damage. Great content coming from you, and great series. I love watching people who are semi scared around PCs, to work on them.
Tyler Broadwater i feel the same way about my industry...sort of. I'm an automotive technician and I think that everyone should do their own basic services (oil, filters, etc.) At least once if nothing else just so you have the knowledge. But when a warning light comes on or you start experiencing strange issues. Take it to a professional with the right tools and skill set to avoid creating problems.
Overkill power supplies cant harm your components...? Idk who taught you that but thats never been a thing. Underpowered PSUs obviously can cause crashes and damage but not overkill PSUs.
Overkill PSUs may not hurt the components but the increased power doesnt help at all? Why waste the money when you dont need to. Just as bad meaning, you will never use the power you just spent a bunch of money on. waste of money.
I agree with you as well. I would say that about basically all jobs that require some basic maintenance. There are things not to touch as a novice, like electrical stuff, but things like oil changes and filters in your case, or building a PC, definitely worth shooting after. Also its WAY more rewarding when your done! :)

It would be great if you could scan your own pc and than test it with different part upgrades and test them for performance issues. For example to check how it would run if you replace your current video card with a better one while leaving everything else intact.
A.Z. B. FYI, you know how in the game there is the software will it run? Well that’s an actual software you can download and see your specs and stuff like that. But I do see what you mean, it would be pretty cool
I'm sitting here watching you try to figure out what you have to do with a power supply and it says it right there in the objectives. You have to replace it with the Powerking 600 or better.
You can get way more than 2 years out of a pc. I’ve had one for 5 . I just recently built a new pc with a 9700k and a 2060 super but honestly, my older pc was still pretty decent. It still runs the latest os also
1. you can change the delivery time 2. its best to order all parts together to save on the shipping cost 3. you dont need to unplug the pc, just pick it up and walk away 4. order parts before leaving the day so the jobs can be in and out on the same day
Pro tip in building a pc that lasts longer than 2 years, save up, go big, go heavy. Buying mid-range gear will indeed work well for maybe 2 to 3 years, and by then you will need an upgrade. But, if you buy high-end gear, your system will be more future proof, my builds last me around 6 to 8 years. The main reason for doing this, is, its cheaper in the long run ;) (one $800 system every 2 years or one $2200 system every, say, 7 years)
Just gonna bounce off of your comment! That's an option, but for people that don't have that budget, i'd say just save up and invest in a $600-$700 pc. Not only will you now have better than console (not Xbox One X however) performance, you will actually begin to make that money back in a way. For example: not paying for online play and greater game discounts will actually start to save you money that you wouldn't with a console. My overall outlook is consoles cost less up front, but more over time, and PC's cost more up front, but less over time, and can be upgraded on a whim IF you ever want to. Because of this, I choose PC!
oh, fully agree, a $600/$700 is a LOT better than any (most) gaming console. IF you do have the funds, i still suggest the topline option, if on a budget, smart selecting of items used will be key in making a nice pc build :) (edit* and indeed, games will be cheaper, lots of sales for great gaming titles out there, and online play payments, i've always had a problem with, i buy a game one time, i do not wish to pay to play that game)
I came here because I was bumbling through the game. But now I see I wasn't doing so bad 😁 But will hang around to see how you go when you get to the job of Build A Computer
I have had the same PC for a long time now. Definitely more than 2 years. Not the best pc but I haven’t had any issues with it and it’s not necessarily bad though.
There should be a pc using simulator, where you can play pc using simulator on it, with another one you can play it on, and so on and so forth until you create an endless tunnel of death. Like pointing a webcam at the webcam window on a computer lol.

I watched this and screamed....CHANGE THE POWER SUPPLY!!!!
i just wanted to die. like its telling him on his screen XD
Do more please I love this
It would be great if you could scan your own pc and than test it with different part upgrades and test them for performance issues. For example to check how it would run if you replace your current video card with a better one while leaving everything else intact.
A.Z. B. FYI, you know how in the game there is the software will it run? Well that’s an actual software you can download and see your specs and stuff like that. But I do see what you mean, it would be pretty cool
Everyone's gonna be here next week
Lol epicgame. Im still playing Saints Row 3 remastered from august free.
@@fynkozari9271 I haven't downloaded it yet, do you like it?
Love how he couldn't read some of the info about replacing or upgrading parts or ordering parts before he left for the day
I love this game, I build pc's every couple days so it's nice to see one of my favorite you tubers do the same as me... (in a game)
I'm sitting here watching you try to figure out what you have to do with a power supply and it says it right there in the objectives. You have to replace it with the Powerking 600 or better.
Vyrus Nation Gaming I was cringing so hard😂
It says upgrade power supply to 600 or better and he orders a 350 smh
Just change the name 🙄
Haha I'm yelling 600! 600! For the power supply
You can get way more than 2 years out of a pc. I’ve had one for 5 . I just recently built a new pc with a 9700k and a 2060 super but honestly, my older pc was still pretty decent. It still runs the latest os also
1. you can change the delivery time
2. its best to order all parts together to save on the shipping cost
3. you dont need to unplug the pc, just pick it up and walk away
4. order parts before leaving the day so the jobs can be in and out on the same day
8:01 that’s probably the first horror story including a pc 😂
I loved it!
Do more I like this series
IF you do have the funds, i still suggest the topline option, if on a budget, smart selecting of items used will be key in making a nice pc build :)
(edit* and indeed, games will be cheaper, lots of sales for great gaming titles out there, and online play payments, i've always had a problem with, i buy a game one time, i do not wish to pay to play that game)
oh my fucking god you said the f word
Really like this game plz post more and keep up the good work man
Did the verge teach you how to install ram?
Imagine screwing on the CPU fan without thermal paste.

You got me there😂
Ye
How can you not see the objective

Me screaming to read the task instruction
SAME!
It was so frustrating to see when you didn’t realise you need to install a new PSU. Haha
When he was on the psu bit omg i was screaming so loud
Lol “I heard horror stories about making PCs” 1+sub
32:38 THAT BACKGROUND >>> "jesus... he's a doctor. OR he likes doctors." XD
The picture is of Mt. Fuji and a cherry blossom tree. Love your videos. Please keep up the great work.
I came here because I was bumbling through the game. But now I see I wasn't doing so bad 😁
But will hang around to see how you go when you get to the job of Build A Computer
Mick S that is the easy part :)
Anyone else screaming thermal paste at the screen @ 4:36 ?
Not trigged enough, the PSU problem trigged us all.
Love these simulation games bugs!! Id like to see more pc builder and house flipper
The build that bothered me the most was the one where it said ti install the Shean Powerking 600 or better and he did not read the objectives and bought the 350 instead.
Says Shean 600 or better
Him: 350 should be good
I love it! this is super interesting keep doing it! Buggs! I want more of this series !
