Just letting you know- the herobrine you been seeing isn't from the fog, as that's a mob- The one with not glowing eyes is from the fog- The other is the end of herobrine, which is easy to tell cause the end of herobrine can be attacked and has functioning glow eye textures- While the other is a coded armour stand, and would have a light source emit from him when there is a dynamic light mod, as there's an invisible torch or item giving the from the fog herobrine glowing eyes- Idk why you can't see it so it's either the shaders or someone set to disable the glowing eyes feature- EDIT: You can tell it's an armourstand by it's body somewhat spacing it's arms out before walking away- As the from the fog herobrine is based on the OG legend, while the the end of herobrine is focused on possessed, mobs live structure making (from the fog has structures but they spawn in world not overtime) and being a combat mod overall since there's a herobrine boss. EDIT 2: The steve are not related to those two mods- Idk where or what mod that guy is from, since from the fog is a datapack witha herobrine made out of an armor stand and the mod with herobrine as a mob/entity has no steve-

26:39 The "original" one was tracking your friend that came up from the underground part of the base. If you pay attention to how Herobrine moves and when your friend comes up, you can see he was watching your friend through the ground, lol. In short, you caught Herobrine while he was tracking someone else.
