M AUDIO Studiophile AV 40 Repair

Broken M-AUDIO Studiophile AV 40 I bought at a Japanese surplus store at a bargain price, no power. It is 100 volts maybe it was plugged into 220 volts (electricity here in our country) and the electronics circuit was damaged.
