A nice aid to help locate and stay on Route 66, some areas a bit confusing but overall a great help. Also has a free section after you download if you select Menu and Places to visit. Subscription required for the navigation section
The Wigwam's are so fun! Thanks for sharing your trip.
You're welcome, we had a blast on this trip and learned there is another wigwam south of us in Kentucky
Very nice. I never heard of the blue hole. Just the blue whale in Oklahoma. Cband satellite dishes are still used. Did you go thru Bernalillo from Santa Fe out to Grants?
Yes we passed through Bernalillio on our way south from Santa Fe then west from there to Grants. Interesting that Cband still in use didn’t know that. Guessing they have to decrypt the signal or are there still free channels with no encryption remaining? Thanks for watching appreciate it
@@WanderingBuckeyes There are a few good restaurants in Bernalillo on the old Route 66 . There are a few still unscrambled feeds on cband like Reelz, ABC, CBS (except for NFL). Most are encrypted. Sports feeds are the same. Most encrypted. Some are not.
@@michaelillingworth7476 We used several resources for our trip here's one that has Bernalillo called out. I hope to create a video once I get caught up to share how we planned, etc. www.roadtripusa.com/route-66/new-mexico/bernalillo-laguna-pueblo/. Thanks for sharing!
Nice video series. I appreciate all the work you put into doing the edits. I have to mention how clean you kept the windshield. Maybe winter in AZ has fewer bugs than Ohio.
Thank you for the kind words. Windshield washed at each fuel stop, but yes I think AZ had a low bug count when we passed through in March. Started working research for our Blue Ridge Mountain Parkway series, but with the hurricane damage and devastation to the NC areas we're on hold. Thanks again
