Itna paisa dena wo bhi under construction wali building me... I got so many calls from Balaji, I visited there... I don't recommend to buy it... Go for Vashi or Thane... You will find the same flat in better amount with greater connectivity to Mumbai

After 3 years OC..yet the club house is not yet ready..and no place for kids to play..
The kids play in driveway..
Don't fall prey to this adbhut jeevan shaili. Hum toh phass Gaye par aap mat Phasna.
All these things only look nice in advertising but reality bites..
There is bore well water.
No play area for kids till now.
The sky bridge is just under construction, god knows when they will allow the resident to use.
No proper security as they are afraid most of the time.
Till date they have made club house which is not even adequate for 100 flats also, God knows how they will manage 2000 flats people for this micro size club house which is not yet functional even after 3 years of OC.
Really ? We're planning to invest in here, should we skip our plan ?
