I have gotten 3 internship offer as a project manager intern but before the timeline(before the summer) however I ended up with no offer when the summer arrived so sometimes it's the bad luck too :(
I started my masters in Spring 23 .I can't complete 9 months for summer internships this year. Is there any other options/suggestions for me to pick internships ( winter) or any sort of and masters program is 1.5 yrs though

It's currently my 3rd semester and I'm really passionate about coding, I know DSA, Spring Boot, MERN Stack Along with Docker and Kubernetes but still wherever I apply, the companies always just ghost. IDK what to do next as I am from a tier 3 college and these just doesnt seem any scope now.
I am facing this issue of, Will you require sponsorship now or in the future? How do I find companies which don't right away reject my application because I am on f1 visa
